LOW-CAL BREAD PUDDING | |
1 qt. skim milk 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 6 to 8 slices diet bread 7 to 8 env. Equal Cinnamon Scald milk, blend and mix eggs, Equal and vanilla. Add egg mixture to milk slowly while stirring. Break bread into small pieces and put in baking dish. Pour egg and milk mixture over bread and mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place baking dish in pan of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm; top with lite Cool Whip, if desired. |
