EASY PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. box med. shells
1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Fresh broccoli, just tops
Bacos
Parmesan cheese
Large bottle red wine & vinegar
Salad dressing (can be lo-cal)

Cook and drain shells. Let cool. Add carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and bacos. Mix salad dressing into above. Just before serving sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
