EASY SUMMER PASTA SALAD 
1 c. broccoli, chopped
1 can black olives
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
12 oz. cooked spiral pasta

Marinate ingredients in large bowl with Italian dressing (overnight if possible). Add cooked pasta that has been cooled and toss. Chill before serving.

Variations: Try different types of pasta such as tri color spirals, try adding your own favorites veggies such as fresh peas, green peppers, etc. Add ham chunks. Add or delete to your taste.
