“SCALLOPED QUAHOGS” IS IN:

SCALLOPED QUAHOGS 
2 c. raw quahogs, ground
2 c. ground crackers
pinch garlic powder
paprika, for sprinkling
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
2 beaten eggs
Quahog Liquor
2 tablespoons butter
2 c. milk

Mix quahogs and ground crackers in bowl. Add beaten eggs, quahog liquor and melted butter. Sprinkle with pepper, parsley, garlic powder (lightly) and paprika. Add milk and stir until well blended. Transfer mixture into half shells which have been scrubbed clean (without using any soap). If shells are not available, use small ramekins or pie tins.

Place in baking dish set in pan of hot water and bake in 350°F oven for one hour.
