GRILLED TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Marinade pork chops in above ingredients. For at least 2 hours or overnight. Drain and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side. Brush occasionally with the reserved marinade sauce.
