ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
6 med. sized carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt

1. Combine all ingredients in deep 1 quart casserole.

2. Heat, covered until carrots are tender.

3. Stir so carrots will be glazed.
