ANDREA'S ORANGE CARROTS 
2 lb. baby carrots
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. mandarin orange pieces
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil whole carrots until tender, drain. Combine remaining ingredients until well blended. Place carrots in buttered baking dish and cover with sauce. Refrigerate overnight. Turn carrots to coat with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
