2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. melted butter
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add butter, stir in flour and salt. Drop on cookie sheet, sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg mixture. Bake 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
