CRISP LITTLE LEMON COOKIES 
1 box pudding-included lemon cake mix
1 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350°F for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown around edges. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet.

Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.

Note: Other pudding-included flavors may be used. Add 3 tablespoons water to the chocolate cake mix flavors.
