BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 slices bread, cubed

Scald milk. Add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla. Put bread in casserole dish. Pour mixture over bread, sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon. Set dish in pan of water. Put in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
