STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
6 or 8 lg. baking potatoes
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
French onion dip
Mayonnaise
Grated sharp cheese

Bake the potatoes for one hour and 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cool to be able to handle. Cut the potatoes in half and scrape out the inside. Mix the insides with salt, pepper, garlic powder (as you prefer); the French onion dip and enough mayonnaise to make the mixture smooth and somewhat creamy. Put the mixture back in the potato shells. Top with the grated cheese and heat in oven until cheese is melted and the potato is hot.
