HEDGE'S WIGWAM STUFFED BAKED
POTATOES
 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
4 slices American cheese, cut in 1/2 diagonally
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Bake potatoes at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Blend together butter and seasonings. Set aside. Slice each potato crosswise into 4 pieces. Cut meat in 1/2 crosswise, then cut each 1/2 into 6 slices crosswise. Insert a slice of meat between potato slices. Reassemble potato and wrap in foil, but do not close top (or hold potato together with skewer). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Place cheese triangles on top. Bake until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with butter mixture.
