TWICE BAKED STUFFED POTATOES 
Bake large Idaho or other potatoes until done. Cut slices of potatoes off top and scoop out potato into large bowl, keeping potato jacket intact. Mash potato with fork or electric mixer and add milk, butter and salt. Stuff jackets and arrange on cookie sheet. Sprinkle paprika on top. Half hour before serving, heat in preheated oven until lightly browned on top. Other toppings may be used, such as shredded cheese, chives or parsley flakes.
