CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. rice uncooked
1 can (1 lb.) cut green beans
1 can sliced drained mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee onions

Combine soup and milk and heat to boiling. Stir in chicken, rice, beans, mushrooms, pimento and 1 cup cheese and 1/2 can onion. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole; stir. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
