CRUNCHY TUNA BAKE | |
6 oz. French fried onions 13 oz. tuna 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 16 oz. green beans, cut & drained 8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. curry powder Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1/4 cup of the onions. Mix remaining onions, green beans, tuna and water chestnuts (drained). Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise and curry powder; fold into tuna mixture. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes. Can use cream of mushroom soup instead. Serves 6. |
