CRUNCHY BEEF - NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces, undrained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. uncooked egg noodles (about 5 oz.) cooked & drained
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. chow mein noodles

6-8 servings. Cook ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and noodles.

Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Top with noodles. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
