CRUNCHY TUNA BAKE | |
2 (3 oz.) cans French fried onion rings 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained & flaked 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & cut in thirds 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 tsp. curry powder Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1/4 cup of onions. Mix remaining onions, beans, tuna and chestnuts. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, and curry powder, fold into tuna mixture. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes. Serves 6. |
