CRUNCHY BAKED HAM SALAD 
3 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olives
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except the potato chips. Place in an 8 x 2 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
