NO BAKE CRUNCHY BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white corn syrup
3 c. Corn Flakes
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar, syrup and peanut butter in a heavy pan. Heat and stir constantly until well blended (do not boil). Remove from heat; add corn flakes and mix well. Press mixture in a greased 8 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and melt in warm oven. Spread all over. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top (cut into squares after chocolate has hardened).

If you are ever in a hurry and have a gift to give for dinner, I suggest these wonderful cookies. They are so easy to make and take no time at all. If I make them for the freezer, I can't resist them and eat them frozen. Goodness they are out of sight.
