THE CRUNCHY BEEF BAKE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. corkscrew macaroni, uncooked 1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 c. green pepper (optional) 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (3 oz.) can Durkee/O & C French fried onions Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; top with French fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
