LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. water

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan. Blend ingredients and beat for 2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees. Cooking time will vary with pan size. For example, 10 inch pan will take about 50 minutes, 9 inch approximately 40 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.

Cool cake in pan for 30 minutes. Then turn over on a serving dish. Frost when cake is cool.

GLAZE FOR CAKE:

Heat 2/3 cup of desired frosting in pan over medium heat. Stir frequently. Pour over cake while still thin.
