CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
2-2 1/2 lb. diced chicken
2 c. unsweetened chunk pineapple
1 apple (red)
1 1/4 c. seedless grapes (purple)
1 c. mayonnaise (or enough to moisten)
1 c. nuts (pecans)

1. Drain pineapple, reserve juice.

2. Coarsely chop apples and dip in pineapple juice.

3. Combine chicken, pineapple, apples, grapes and mayonnaise.

4. Mix well.

5. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with lettuce.
