FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections (drained)
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
5 oz. can chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onion.

Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard separately, then toss gently with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours.
