CHICKEN-FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
2 c. pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 c. apple wedges (or smaller), unpeeled & dipped in the pineapple juice
1/2 c. Fruit Whipped Cream Dressing (see recipe)
6 lettuce cups (large as possible)
Paprika (optional)
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine chicken, grapes, pineapple and apple wedges. Chill to almost serving time, then blend with the Fruit Whipped Cream Dressing. Dip edges of lettuce cups in paprika, if desired. Turn salad into cups; top with almonds.
