MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. mushrooms
1 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Place mushrooms and Italian dressing in saucepan. Add parsley and onions. Bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and toss in the lemon juice. Refrigerate overnight; drain and serve.
