MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. wine vinegar 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 sm. clove garlic minced fine Wash mushrooms and cut off stem ends. Boil in lightly salted water just until tender 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and add all remaining ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or longer. |
