HAMBURGER PINWHEELS 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery & chopped parsley
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Let this mixture cool before putting on Bisquick.

2 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
2/3 c. milk

After mixing together turn out on well dusted (with baking mix) board. Then roll into ball, kneading 10 times.

Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Spread hamburger mix on dough, then roll out like a jelly roll, cut into 1-1 1/2 inch thick slices. Put into pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown 10-12 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce. Makes 8 pinwheels.
