HAM ROLL-UPS - PINWHEELS 
8 slices boiled ham
8 oz. cream cheese
8 green onions

Pat ham dry with paper towel. Spread cheese (room temperature) over ham slices. Cut off green tops of onions to fit narrow end of ham. Place onion on ham and roll up. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. When ready to serve cut in 1 inch pinwheels.

I do something similar to this - but I add about 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish about 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion to the cream cheese... then place in slice of ham (lunch meat) put cream cheese corner to corner - and roll up cornucopia style... this is always demanded at parties.

I like to add liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, diced green onions, and finely chopped dried beef to the cream cheese and then spread it on the slice of ham and roll it up. You can serve whole or cut into bite size pinwheels. It's delicious and always requested by friends and family for holidays.

This is great but I used crushed pineapple and a little sour cream to the cream cheese. They were excellent.
