HAM ROLL-UPS (PINWHEELS) 
1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 lb. Muenster or Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and onion mix together until well blended. On wax paper place one slice ham with one slice of cheese on top. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mix on cheese. Cover entirely. Roll up slowly, secure with toothpicks. Refrigerate 4 hours. With sharp knife slice as many as you like. Place on bed of lettuce. Yield: approximately 50.
