PINWHEEL ROLL UPS 
Ripe olives - diced
Green onion - cut up (diced)
Red pepper - diced
Green pepper - diced
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Shredded cheddar sharp
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix (dry)
1 pkg. sm. tortilla rounds
Sm sprigs parsley, optional
Sm. sprigs broccoli, optional

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and green onions together - mix in 1 envelope (dry) of Ranch dressing mix until blended.

Spread this on 3 to 5 tortilla shell rounds - sprinkle on shredded cheese and add remaining items on top.

Roll up the round TIGHTLY (this is the secret) and you may have to shape them to keep them nice and round - refrigerate 2 hours and then cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch slices - place on sides on plate.
