HOMINY, HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can hominy
1 c. tomatoes
Sliced or grated cheese
1 tsp. salt (scant)

Brown hamburger; drain off excess fat. Add onion and pepper; mix. Drain hominy; add to the hamburger mixture. Put in baking dish. Pour over this the tomatoes with grated or sliced cheese on top. Bake until the cheese melts in moderate oven.
