MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. or 1 c. pinto beans
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can Ortega chilies
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 c. grated cheese
1 can hominy

Brown hamburger and onions; mix all ingredients together and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees. Serve with Spanish rice and salad.
