2 lb. fresh button mushrooms
1 pt. Italian dressing
1/4 c. red or burgundy wine

Wash and drain mushrooms. Trim stems if needed. Mix Italian dressing and wine together. Pour over mushrooms and marinate overnight. Drain off excess marinate before serving. Serves 8-10.
