RHUBARB STRAWBERRY JAM 
5 c. diced rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
6 oz. strawberry Jell-O

Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar together and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix and start cooking, bringing to a boil. Boil 10 minutes, stirring all the time. Remove from heat; add the Jell-O, mixing well. Seal in glass jars.

Makes 3 1/2 pints.
