STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces

Cook slightly, with as little water as possible. Add:

Boil 5 minutes. Add: 5 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello

Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Pour into jelly glasses. Cover with paraffin. Tastes like jam with real strawberries.
