RHUBARB JAM (Freeze) 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up fine
3 c. sugar

Mix together and let stand overnight. Add some cut up strawberries before boiling. Bring to a boil and boil 25 minutes.

After boiling add:

Mix well and pour in jars. This keeps in refrigerator and also is a great ice cream topping.
