FLOUNDER IN LEMON - DILL SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tbsp. seasoned salt, sea salt or salt free seasoning to taste
1 med. green onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh or frozen flounder fillets, cut in serving sized pieces
Lemon slices for garnish

Heat butter, dill, lemon juice, salt and green onion in large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally. Add flounder to butter mixture in skillet, cover and cook 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally with butter mixture from skillet. Flounder will flake with a fork when ready. Arrange flounder in warm platter. Pour sauce over fish and garnish with lemon slices. Serves 4.
