WESTERN CHILI SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 med. cloves garlic, minced
1 can beef broth
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. chili powder (I use 2 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. vinegar (I use 1 tbsp.)

Brown together onion, garlic and beef; drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 12 cups. Warm and hardy winter meal, adjust chili powder to your family's taste.
