PER SERVING:

2 1/2 tbsp. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
dash of salt
2/3 cup boiling water

Mix sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, and salt in the cup in which cocoa is to be served.

Add boiling water and mix well before serving.
