ONION PIE 
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. thinly sliced onions
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Take melted butter. Stir in with crackers. Place into pie pan. Fry onions in butter. Don't brown, just soften. Add beaten eggs to milk. Add salt and pepper. Put onions on top of crust; pour milk and eggs over onions. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
