SMOTHERED STEAK | |
2-3 lb. round steak 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 med. onion, chopped Pound steak with flour, salt, and pepper. In skillet, brown meat in oil. Remove and place in casserole dish. Brown onions in meat drippings. Add soup and 1 can water. Heat and stir until smooth. Pour over steak. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
