HAM LOGS 
1 c. wild rice, uncooked
1 c. chopped chicken, save broth
8 slices thinly sliced ham

Combine rice and chicken. Place approximately 1/3 cup of mixture in center of each ham slice. Roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased dish. Pour the following sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

Saute 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup sliced mushrooms. Stir in 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup of half & half, and a dash of salt. Cook until thickens and stir in 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
