“JUDY'S APPLE BROWNIES” IS IN:

JUDY'S APPLE BROWNIES 
1 1/3 cups (2 sticks + 5 tbsp.) butter
4 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cup chopped nuts
12 apples, sliced (about 4 cups)*
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder

Note: May substitute sliced apples with 3 cups applesauce.

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, chopped nuts and sliced apples. Stir in dry ingredients.

Pour into two 9x13-inch pans and bake at 350°F for 40 to 60 minutes.
