GLEN'S FILET OF FISH 
White meat fish, prefer dolphin
1 or 2 limes, juiced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. barbecue spice
Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (opt.)

Prepare fish filets removing dark strip. Mix all ingredients to make marinade sauce. Spread foil on smoker type barbecue grill. Brush both sides of fish with marinade sauce. Cook 10 minutes per side on covered grill while continuing to baste as needed.
