FISH FILET ITALIAN 
1 1/2 lbs. haddock filet
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Any type of white fish will suffice.

Grease dish, 9 x 13 inches. Lay fish. Pour tomato sauce mixed with remaining ingredients over the fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
