BUTTERY CINNAMON SKILLET APPLES 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
4 med. cooking apples, cored, unpeeled and cut in 1/2

Melt butter. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over medium heat. Spoon sauce over apples occasionally. Cook until apples are tender and sauce is thick (12-15 minutes).
