CINNAMON SKILLET APPLES 
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 med. cooking apples, sliced

Melt butter in skillet, add sugar, cornstarch, water, and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Add apples. Cook until apples are tender. Serve warm as side dish, over pancakes or as dessert.
