TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. whole kernel corn
1 pkg. taco mix (French's)
American cheese or Velveeta
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix

Separate meat and boil in water until done, then pour off water. Add tomato sauce, corn, and taco mix and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour into large casserole dish and top layer of cheese. Top with prepared cornbread mix and bake at 350 degrees until bread is done.

I added sliced olives on top of meat mixture & topped with Colby jack cheese. Served with rice. Excellent easy dinner!
