FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Pat evenly into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Spread over cookie base; let set 1 hour.

THIRD LAYER:

Spread 2 packages chocolate pudding or canned equivalent.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Very rich. Serves 8.
