BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. celery salt

Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Brown rice and onion in butter. Spread rice mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Put chicken on top of rice mixture; pour broth over. Sprinkle celery salt then cover with foil and bake on 350°F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
